Robot Recruits Collectors' Club Terms of Use:

The Robot Recruits Collectors' Club is a subscription service and status upgrade for registered account holders with Robot Recruits that gives registered customers a 10% discount on all orders placed in-store and a variety of other perks.

The Robot Recruits Collectors' Club is available to customers who have a registered account with Robot Recruits, are age eighteen (18) years or older, are a resident of the United Kingdom for an enrollment fee.

Overview:

Customers enrolled as members of the Robot Recruits Collector's Club will receive the following:

- A 10% discount on all orders placed with Robot Recruits using a unique membership code at checkout.

- Immediate shipping of all in-stock items and pre-order items as soon as they become available.

- Access to the Robots United Discord server, which includes Robot Recruits sub only channels that members have exclusive access to where they can receive perks such as further discount codes on member-only promotions, store competitions, store giveaways, advance notification of pre-order listings and restocks, as well as access to the general channels of other Robots United members.


The following are the terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) for the Robot Recruits Collectors' Club subscription service (the “Services,” "membership," "club,"). This Agreement governs any enrollment with the Club. Please note that your use of the Robot Recruits site and the Services are also governed by the Robot Recruits Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Cookies Policy as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements on the Site, all of which are hereby incorporated into this Agreement. If you (“you,” “your,” “customer”) enroll with the Club, you fully accept these terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements. The Robot Recruits Collectors' Club is a program administered by Robot Recruits (“we,” “us,” “our,” “ours”). Please read this Agreement carefully before you enroll with the Club.  If you do not agree to this Agreement please do not proceed any further.

Enrollment & Access to Perks:

Upon enrollment with the Robot Recruits Collectors' Club, you will receive a confirmation email with details confirming your purchase.

You will then be contacted by Robot Recruits with a second welcome email with details of your membership status and your unique membership number. Please be aware your welcome email may take a few moments while your unique membership number is generated.

If a customer has not received either email within 24hrs, please contact us and we can investigate.

Enrollment with the Club is effective at the time at which you make the purchase. Customers will not have access to any discounts or perks advertised before the customer’s individual enrollment with the Club.

By enrolling with the Club, you agree to be contacted by us by email with updates regarding the Club's activities and your status with the Club. You can unsubscribe from Club emails at any time without affecting your membership.

Un-enrollment:

If a customer wishes to unenroll from the Club at any time, please contact us and we will remove the Robot Recruits Collectors' Club tag from your account and discontinue your membership discount number and code. Please contact: customerservices@robotrecruits.co.uk. Cancellations within the 14-day cooling-off period are accepted with a full refund. 

Enrollment Fee & Renewal:

The Robot Recruits Collectors' Club subscription will be made available to customers for a standard annual fee.

The standard annual subscription fee to enroll with the club is currently £20 (inclusive of VAT). 

We may change the standard annual subscription fee at any time, but changes will only apply to new and renewal customers. The fee is not refundable, except as expressly outlined in these Robot Recruits Collectors' Club Terms.

The Services will not auto-renew. If customers want to continue membership with the Club after the end of the term, you will need to re-enroll.

Term:

The initial term of the Club membership shall commence on the date of the purchase of your enrollment and shall continue for one full year. The details of which will be included in your membership welcome email.

Terminations:

The Robot Recruits Collectors' Club is intended for customer's personal use only and is not for resale. Your enrollment and participation may be revoked at any time for any reason, including if abuse is found. We may also terminate the membership at our sole discretion for reasons related to conduct that we determine violates this Agreement or the Robot Recruits terms of use or any applicable law.

Limitations:

You need our consent to transfer your rights to someone else. You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under the terms outlined in this Agreement, including any promotional codes, to another person if we agree to this in writing.

From time to time, Robot Recruits may choose in its sole discretion to add, remove or change the Club membership benefits and terms. We further reserve the right to modify or change the terms of this Agreement at any time. If we make material changes to this Agreement (for example, in case of any legal or regulatory changes affecting our business or any changes to our business or any Services), we will provide you with additional notice of such changes by sending you an email at the last email address you provided, or by putting updates on this page. You may then contact us to end your Agreement with us before the changes take effect and receive a refund for any membership benefits paid for but not received. By continuing to access or use the Robot Recruits Collectors' Club subscription, you confirm your acceptance of the revised Agreement and all of the terms incorporated by reference.
